Biography

Kevin Lucero Less is an award winning artist from Los Angeles California. His work is included in the permanent collections of the Tucson Museum of Art, Iowa Biennial Print Archive, Museum of Contemporary Art Tucson, American Medical Response Co. and the Cook Collection. 2006 exhibitions include: "Shelter" Tucson Museum of Art, "World Print Annual" Lessedra Gallery Sofia Bulgaria, "Biennial Southwest" Albuquerque Museum of Art, "Bird Space and D-Art" Charities TMA and "MOCA Selects" TMOCA 2007. Kevin Lucero Less had the principal role in the motion picture "Move Me", an Official Selection of the Sundance Film Festival, Park City Utah 2007. Lucero lives an works in Los Angeles, Chicago and London UK.

Statement

There is LA, it is epidemically everywhere. A circumscribed circus and draconian dream. A hyperbolic whore house of caveman cops, jungle breed junkies and whores called "Actors". I wonder why we waste our lives here...when we could run away to paradise. I wonder why in LA.
